Are appointments needed to come in for repair?
Appointments are not needed to come see us! We do not want to inconvenience your schedule, our doors are open 10AM to 8PM M-F & 12-8PM Saturdays Sundays: Closed
How long do phone repairs take?
Generally for screen replacements between 30-45 minutes! Charging port replacement between 1-1.5 hours!
What computers do you service, and how long do they take?
The question you should be asking is – what computers don’t we service? Whether you’ve got a 7-year-old laptop that’s running slow or the newest MacBook Pro, we can more than likely fix it.
Generally you should have your computer back within 48 hours. The time for completion can vary if we have to order parts!
What if I have an issue with my device after repair?
If you are experiencing an issue with the repair we have completed for you, bring it back by and let us know what issues you’re experiencing. All of our repairs are backed by our 1 year warranty!
I have an emergency and need my computer fixed right away, can you help?
We accept walk-ins anytime. If you have an immediate need, bring your device to us right away and we will see how we can help.
What do you need me to bring to start the service or repair?
There’s multiple ways to get started! We accept walk-ins, or you can call us or fill out a repair form on the website anytime. If you contact us via our repair form, we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Do you buy old laptops for money?
We do buy back older devices and phones! To see if your device qualifies for a buy back or trade-in, check out our buyback widget, which makes the process simple and easy, and allows you to get paid faster.
My computer crashed, and I didn’t back up my files, can you help?
While there are no guarantees, often times a computer crash or issue may not be the hard-drive – which means your files may be just fine. To learn more, we’d need to run diagnostics in person! If you’re looking for data recovery services, reach out to us anytime – we can help!
I have a program that is asking me to pay money, is this a virus?
If any computer program or caller is asking you to send them money – STOP. Almost always, any legitimate service won’t block you from using your computer in exchange for money, and you are more than likely being scammed. Bring your device to us, and we figure out the issue with you.
Can you remove viruses or malware?
We certainly can! Not only do we fix hardware issues, but we can even help with pesky software issues such as viruses and malware. Bring your device to us, and we will see how we can help.
