Are appointments needed to come in for repair?
Appointments are not needed to come see us! We do not want to inconvenience your schedule, our doors are open 10AM to 8PM M-F & 12-8PM Saturdays Sundays: Closed
How long do phone repairs take?
Generally for screen replacements between 30-45 minutes! Charging port replacement between 1-1.5 hours!
How long do computer repairs take?
Generally you should have your computer back within 48 hours. The time for completion can vary if we have to order parts!
What if I have an issue with my device after repair?
If you are experiencing an issue with the repair we have completed for you, bring it back by and let us know what issues you're experiencing. All of our repairs are backed by our 1 year warranty!
Warranty
All repair services are warrantied for 1 year unless otherwise stated. This warranty applies only to the repair of the original issue(s). If the device has any signs of new accidental damage, including physical damage or liquid damage any warranty coverage is void. We use several methods to document the exact condition of your device when it arrives and leaves our shop, if any warranty badges are missing/damaged the status of the warranty is up to the discretion of Computer Cave. If a warrantied device is worked on or possibly further damaged by another entity other than Computer Cave the warranty is void. Complimentary repairs are not covered under any type of warranty, only paid repairs are warrantied. Water damaged phones and tablets that are repaired do not have any warranty as the devices are liable to progressively fail at any time.
